THE CHALLENGE
TDP were developing a training and culture change course for the Royal Mail. TDP asked if we could help them develop their training ideas into practical reality. The courses were to run over a 2 year period and involve 8000+ employees across 30 different sites. The courses were visually led and activity based.
THE THINKING
We developed over 450 individual products per training kit. Because of the long-term nature of the programme we used a variety of different materials in the manufacturing process. These included acrylic, metal stands and magnetic substrate. We co-ordinated the deliveries from site to site and assisted in the installation and dismantling at each site.
THE RESULT
A stress free client who could move happily from site to site knowing that their training collateral had arrived and was ready to use.
